I have decided to continue my Bo Staff Tutorials by starting a series of tutorials around the various spins and tricks that can be performed with the Bo staff. To kick this off I have created 2 tutorials: one on the figure eight and one on the front spin. I hope to be posting about one of these tutorials a week after this start.
